The recorded recovery plan comes first. General aftercare and warning signs follow and are labelled as general guidance. The distinction between the clinician’s recorded plan and educational material stays visible.
Approval comes first
The veterinarian may request the client report when approving the record. The report is produced from that approved record and can then be shared through the selected case’s export options.
