Start sharing for an approved case. The appliance creates a private 5 GHz network and displays two codes: one joins the network and one opens the case page.

Compatible phones and laptops may open the page automatically after joining. The second code or the displayed short address provides another way to open it.

The page exposes only the selected approved case: clinical record, timeline, client report when prepared, and recording. The appliance never joins the clinic network or internet.

End the session

Tap Stop Sharing to end access. The session also ends after thirty minutes. Ending a session closes access to the appliance; it does not recall documents already downloaded.

Export by USB

Plug in a drive. The appliance mounts and lists it, copies the complete approved case with its recording, and safely releases the drive when the transfer finishes.

Review stays in the workflow

Export remains unavailable while the case awaits approval. The approval gate is enforced by the application.
