Procedure context is information

A profile describes expected documentation topics, possible closure layers, relevant vocabulary and mishearings to watch for. It guides what Vetucate:R listens for. It cannot supply a fact about the patient.

The procedure reference remains separate from the transcript. A familiar procedure does not establish that an expected step happened.

Projected Steps

The checklist shows documentation topics for the selected procedure. Items update as supporting information is captured. An open item is not yet documented; the team should review it rather than treat the checklist as proof that an action did or did not occur.

Multi-part cases

Select more than one procedure for a multi-part case. Shared checklist topics appear once and procedure-specific topics remain under their procedure names. Other is available when a procedure is not listed.

From context to a reviewable record

The record preserves evidence and identifies missing information. Clinical decisions remain with the veterinarian.
